Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy is subject to ongoing review by our legal team. Full legal terms will be published before general availability of the ADMA Family platform.
ADMA Family is committed to protecting your personal information and your family's data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), information generated through use of the platform (messages, photos, family tree data, events), and technical information such as device type, OS version and session logs for service operation and security purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: operate and improve the ADMA Family platform; send service notifications (password resets, account alerts); respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information to serve advertising — inside or outside the platform.
3. Family Data
Family data (messages, photos, tree data, records) is isolated per family workspace. Other ADMA family accounts cannot access your family data. ADMA staff do not read private family messages unless required by law or for verified security incident response.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Data Controls page or by contacting support. Some data may be retained for legally required periods after deletion.
5. Third-Party Services
ADMA uses third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud storage and delivery networks) to operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; request a data export; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, visit your account settings or contact privacy@admafamily.com.
7. Children's Data
ADMA Family is designed for family use including children. Children's accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Please review our Child Safety Policy for more detail.
