By using ADMA Family products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ADMA Family, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an ADMA Family account. Children may use ADMA Family only through a family space created and managed by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3. Family Spaces

Each family space is a private, invitation-only environment. The family admin is responsible for who is invited and what is shared within the space. ADMA does not moderate private family content except where required by law or our Child Safety Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ADMA Family to: share illegal content; harass, threaten or harm other users; attempt to access other families' data; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying systems. Family admins are responsible for enforcing acceptable use within their family space.

5. Service Availability

ADMA Family is in Early Access. We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may evolve as the product develops.

6. Intellectual Property

ADMA Family owns all intellectual property in the platform. Your family content (photos, messages, records) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of content you create within your family space.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
